Order Process
(1) Select Products
Please select the product(s) you wish to purchase and specify the quantity, then click the “Add to Cart” button.
(2) Review Your Order
On the shopping cart page, please review the product details, quantities, and prices, then click “Proceed to Checkout.”
First-time customers are required to enter the necessary information.
(3) Enter Order Information
Please enter your shipping address and select your payment method.
(4) Final Confirmation
If all details are correct, click the “Pay Now” button to complete your order.
(5) Order Completion
After your order is completed, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed during extended holidays will be shipped sequentially after business operations resume.

Amounts less than one yen are rounded to the nearest whole number.

Free shipping is available for orders totaling ¥16,500 (tax included) or more.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, returns or exchanges for customer convenience are generally not accepted.
Please carefully review product descriptions and images before placing your order.
Returns or exchanges will be accepted only in the following cases:
Damage during delivery
Receipt of an item different from what was ordered
Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product.
Requests without prior contact cannot be accommodated.
Returns Due to Customer Convenience
Only unopened and unused items are eligible, and only if contact is made within 7 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs and handling fees will be borne by the customer.
Refund methods will be communicated individually.
