Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery area as follows:
Hokkaido: ¥1,320
Northern Tohoku (Aomori, Iwate, Akita): ¥990
Southern Tohoku (Miyagi, Yamagata, Fukushima): ¥880
Kanto (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba, Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Yamanashi): ¥880
Shinetsu (Niigata, Nagano): ¥880
Hokuriku (Toyama, Ishikawa, Fukui): ¥880
Chubu (Shizuoka, Aichi, Gifu, Mie): ¥880
Kansai (Osaka, Kyoto, Hyogo, Shiga, Nara, Wakayama): ¥990
Chugoku (Okayama, Hiroshima, Yamaguchi, Tottori, Shimane): ¥1,100
Shikoku (Kagawa, Tokushima, Ehime, Kochi): ¥1,210
Kyushu (Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Oita, Miyazaki, Kagoshima): ¥1,320
Okinawa & Remote Islands: ¥3,608
Free shipping is available for orders over ¥16,500 (tax included).
Additional shipping charges apply to Okinawa and remote islands.
Shipping Time
Orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed during store holidays will be shipped sequentially after business operations resume.
Delivery date and time can be specified at the time of order. Changes after shipment must be requested directly from the shipping carrier.

・International shipping is free for orders over ¥55,000 (tax included).
Customs Duties & Taxes
International shipping fees do not include customs duties or import taxes.
Any duties or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
If a shipment is refused upon delivery, the original shipping cost and any customs charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.
We are legally required to declare the full value of all items and cannot alter the declared amount.
Consumption Tax
All listed prices include consumption tax (10%).
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, many items are one-of-a-kind. Therefore, returns or exchanges due to customer convenience are generally not accepted.
If there is any defect in the product or an incorrect item has been shipped, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
After confirmation, we will arrange a replacement or a refund as appropriate.
